Earls has consistently been one of my favourite places to eat (these days take-home). Not only is the service consistently pleasant, but they're excellent at to-go food. You can tell they appreciate their customers.
Dinner was delicious, and the service was great! Taryn took great care of us and was fantastic ? Would gladly return for the food, atmosphere and great service! Thank you Earl's Staff!
I remember Earls having great food. New Years Eve dinner however was a very very different experience. It was like the head chef had the night off and the dishwasher stepped in. You couldn’t even tell there was a piece of salmon under the Cajun spice, the rice was not done and let’s be really diced asparagus????Was very unhappy with my meal, as was my wife and the table next to us from what we heard.The service was decent. Server was new but attentive and polite.Will I go back to Earls Lethbridge.....not this year.
We dropped in for a late lunch and service and food was good. Was quite surprised that my chair had old french fries in the corners. Would suggest some more attention to detail when cleaning up and presenting tables to customers. ?
We dropped in after 2 pm for a snack and it was happy hour menu available from 2-5. Had some awesome dry ribs and fries. Very tasty and reasonable price. Didn't have to purchase alcohol to get the deal. We are planning another visit soon
Wow. Well maybe this restaurant thinks anyone who dares to order off an app deserves smaller portions than our dine-in experiences. Also thank you for the half-sized STALE piece of Celebration Cake. Every time we order this online it's perfect for us to share. Not only did they send us a really tiny piece it was so dry we stopped after the first bite. Completely disappointed and thinking it's time to discover somewhere else to dine in for our lunches ?Perhaps they assume nobody who orders off the app has ever dined in, and knows what they should have received.
Great service, ordered from delivery service, unfortunately a missed item was missed, not delivery service fault, phone Earls explained, they check with kitchen confirmed the missed item. Offered a gift certificate for the complete meal, pick up the gg no problems. Very pleased with staff wanting to make good on the order. Good job

As long - time patrons of Earls , we know when we receive substandard fare .Had the lumpfish crab cakes with a side of Pan bread. Sadly the pan bread tasted old ( not fresh ). When we mentioned this to our waitress, we received a new piece of warmed up stale bread.The crab cakes left a lot to be desired—-no taste to the crab and overwhelmed with filler and sauce.
Food was good. Friendly staff. A little expensive for what you get. Very loud.
