Very authentic. The place is in neat condition, really good customer service, food presentation is great and the best part, taste is amazing. If you’re visiting Lethbridge and love Japanese cuisine, this is the place to visit.
Amazing good! This looks like a hole in the wall place from the outside. It’s actually not bad inside at all! Great portions with great taste. The size of the meat on the rice was very generous. The rice was room temperature, which is fantastic. It took a bit longer than expected, but definitely worth waiting for.
Delicious food and great service. Got the nabe udon and it was fantastic. The tempura cheesecake is a must-try if you enjoy really sweet desserts. The place is usually pretty busy, so the wait times are a little bit longer but it's very much worth it.
This place has definitely gone down hill. No shitake mushrooms in the cold bibimbap (despite being listed in the description), no side dishes with the Korean dishes, no ginger or wasabi with the sushi, mediocre service. It's probably about average for Lethbridge but that's a pretty low bar.
If you need gluten-free cooking BEWARE. The cooks don't seem to understand consistency and you are likely not be getting the dishes done in ways you ordered them. Happened a few times while ordering out, never said anything but today when I called back to check and was told I was lying about gluten-containing ingredients, I understood I can no longer trust this place. Also the driver tips himself the highest amount without asking and arriving much later than announced. Too bad, we've spent years and brought many friends, but now will no longer.
Poor customer service, marginal food quality. We picked up our take-out food order for Mother's Day. When we arrived home, we received a call from the restaurant that one of the dishes that they gave us was the wrong order. They asked us to return the wrong order. Only after indicating the obvious inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant (we don't live close by) did they apologize for mixing up the order.They could have offered us a credit or free appetizer for the inconvenience (cold food, waste of our time, vehicle fuel).We completely understand that mistakes happen. The restaurant made no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience caused as a result of their mistake. Customer satisfaction does not appear to be a priority for this establishment.
Canned Tuna in a Spicy Tuna Roll that we couldn't finish, Half a Prawn in the Tempura Prawns......It was all batter. The Alaskan Roll was terrible. Going for a Fillet O Fish at McDonalds is better than this. More money wasted in Lethbridge in search of good foo.

The staff was very friendly. The sushi was delicious. We ordered the unagi and salmon and we're very impressed with the amount we recieved!
This is the best restaurant in Lethbridge. We usually go at least once every two weeks and have never had a bad experience either with food or the service.
