Very good service and the food was fresh and hot.

I've become frustrated with this locations lack of service. The staff that is here are very kind but every time I'm here it takes between 15 and 40 minutes to receive my drive thru order. I am asked to park every time and there are always other customers waiting in the parking lot with me. Today's wait for a whopper coke and jalapeno cheddar bites took 34 minutes from ordering to receiving my order. To make things worse after already waiting 17 minutes i was told they dont have the cheese bites and was offered a refund or something else. Again not the staffs that im blaming. That is far from "fast food" .

Here’s the deal…I fully acknowledge I’m “old school” …AKA “old” - I actually expect good service when I enter a food establishment - even when “just” fast food.The only reason for any stars at all is the beautiful new interior. What a shame the place is completely empty - apparently the word’s out that the service/food is dismal.Let me illustrate! I’ve eaten at Burger King twice in the last three days as my spouse has had an unexpected hospital stay and I’ve appreciated BK food/value/service in the past.First time Monday night, 8:30. Place is empty. Drive they is empty. Upon entry the only front counter staff is in the dining room…not cleaning but yacking on the phone. Okay…um…she’ll hang up when she serves me, right? Nope!! Carries on with her conversation the entire time she’s “assisting” me…okay…not okay!This morning (I believe in second chances) I went for breakfast. I arrived by 9:30 but breakfast menu was no longer displayed. I asked if I could still get breakfast. “Yes” - disgruntled response. I don’t know the menu so I asked for some suggestions - he provided a couple. I ended up ordering a breakfast croissant and French toast sticks. Shouldn’t that come with syrup? Maybe not. Regardless, the breakfast sandwich was stone cold. Again - restaurant is empty - zero people - no drive through either - but my breakfast is cold. Hmmmm.Sorry Burger King, but unless you step up and do some serious staff retraining all that money put into lovely renovations will be a complete waste because y’all going to be shutting down ?. Raise the bar.(And I doubt anyone is still reading - but it did fill some time waiting for hubby to be discharged - and I feel better sharing the experience. )

How do you give fries that soggy to anyone, and a bun thsts rock hard. Worse fast food joint in town. Burger King on 3rd is nothing like this. No wonder nobody's here.

Yep that was a Burger King. Location performed as advertised. Dining area looks clean and polite staff.

This location is supposed to be open until 11 p.m. but on Weds. April 27, 2022 staff closed the restaurant at 10:50 p.m. and did not serve the 5 cars waiting in line in the drive through. We saw a staff Member come out to lock the door. We were stuck in the the middle of the drive thru line waiting for the 2 cars ahead of us to abandon hope and leave.

Beautiful renovation and our customer service was pretty good. Food was good as well. Biggest downfall men and woman's bathrooms don't have a changetable in them. Which left me having to change my child at the table.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They can NEVER, absolutely NEVER get their act right. Utensils stay missing, food and drink are either swapped for something else or you guessed it - MISSING. If the restaurant was ran by completely blind people, it would run better. Shut both stores down.

Very unprofessional staff, I think you guys need to hire professional and educated staff and give them training of Burger King and manners and how to talk with the senior citizens.
