Excellent service and tasty food. Could hardly walk after eating. This is the Jambalaya Fettuccine (hope I spelt this right) and wings. The pasta looks a lot more yellow on my phone ?
Bps is always consistently good. The pizza is always fantastic and the dough is brilliant. I went this time to watch the NHL playoffs and it was a great experience and atmosphere.
Over cooked cactus cuts. We always request it to be cooked easy so it’s not over cooked for us but somehow they over cook it to point that it is not edible. They always, ALWAYS forget my honey dill sauce. We even asked to make sure it would be in with my honey dill bowl. I drive home and find that it’s missing, AGAIN. I am tired after work, I paid for my food, and I get home and I finally get to eat, but nope. Literally just a bunch of vegetables without sauce. And we called them and we’re told to come pick up the sauce ourselves. If I have to drive up and down to get proper food, rather just drive straight to the south side one. I just want what I paid for. That is all. Thanks.
Came in last Friday night!It was super busy but Dana was quick and enthusiastic to greet us.She gave us a memorable experience and was a gem!!
This place needs new management! I have been getting food from this place for over 6 years and I have been very fair about it because we all know things happens and I want to be fair. But lately, it has gotten really bad and sad. Quality of food is not great, your order is missing something or you go to pick up your food and have to wait for 25 mins to get someone’s attention. This is very frustrating and disappointing.
Came in and waited 30 minutes without service!!! Ended up just leaving. Horrible experience! Made eye contact with multiple servers with no help! 3 servers at the front didn’t even say anything when we handed them the menus and left. Recommend the south side one for you :)
Terrible service. Went in at 8pm on April 2, waited 30 minutes. Wasn’t even busy and servers were looking at us. So we were known to be there, even had our menus on side of table. No one spoke to us once, and we tried to get attention. Ended up just leaving, won’t be coming back.
1. Food: we have had meatball4.8 pasta 4.6, pizza, beer etc. it’s my go to place for meatballs. Pasta portion is good, The bread come with the pasta is good too. 2. Service is friendly and prompt. The environment is clean and comfortable. 3. Price is reasonable. Good thing About the Chain is their Meatballs quality have been consistent over many years which will always make me go back!
The service was great the atmosphere was awesome....the food was superb.
Came on a Sunday, there was only one other table there while we ate. Our waitress barely came around.. I literally had to raise my hand multiple times and another worker would help us. Ordered desserts at the end and they gave us a tiny little scoop of icecream. I had to point out on the menu where it says “scoops of ice cream” I was hoping to go out for a nice lunch with my siblings after not having seen them in awhile and I just wish I never chose to go here.
