My last two visits for pickup have been missing items. The first time, they offered to deliver me the missing items as I had just gotten home from picking up my order. I waited over an hour before calling back. They told me that they now use a third party delivery company and it was out if their control. My order hadn’t even been picked up from the store yet. Finally after an hour and a half, it my missing food arrived. They had given me gift certificates for their mistake, which I thought was very kind. I went back recently for another pickup. When I got into my car I knew better than to leave without checking the bag. Sure enough, part of the order was missing. I went back inside and let the host know that one of my food items was missing. He rolled his eyes, went to the back and promptly returned with my missing container. He rudely threw it towards me, as if it was my fault they forgot to put it in the bag, and then unapologetically went back to staring at his screen without saying a word. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they rectified their mistake on the first visit. Are manners not an aspect of customer service anymore ?
I come here regularly. The food is always enjoyable, the staff friendly and attentive and the experience great. Keep up the great work folks!
Staff was great. We were from out of town needed a wall outlet to charge our phone. Got us taken care of. Great food as usual for BP.Thank you to the staff
I arrived with my family . I stood waiting more then 5 mins even to be greeted .. then I asked to be on the list .. then they proceeded to tell me it was going to be a hour wait ! Seriously! Completely ridiculous! My children were hungry. Then they started to sit tables that showed up after us . So i asked what about us? The guy then mentions something about waiting to sit big tables ( we had 6) so it doesn't overwhelm the kitchen.. sorry it's Friday night its gonna be busy requardless .. Then a table of 5 that came in way after us got taken .. so my mom decided to ask what about us ? The answer was Complete bs . They gave my kids crayons to color... then these two staff proceeded to talk about us behind the till! Thry also kept giving my mom dirty looks ... Way unprofessional!! Then we finally get seated .. Our waitress was AwesomE!!!!!! She was so attentive and she even agreed that we shouldn't have waited as long as we had. She made the experience better after all the crap before .. Will not be returning to this location !!!
We were visiting and in a hotel, called in our order. Told it would be 45 minutes, fine. It was on time but freezing food even though we were just across the street. Cheesecake was good. Didn’t give us cutlery or napkins even though they knew we were in a hotel .
I feel terribly for the staff here. Management seems to have provided inadequate training. The servers are trying their best but it feels like it was every single person's first day. Total chaos.
My 5* goes out to our server in the lounge. She 110% on top of things. Myself and company had a very pleasant experience. Not once did we feel like an inconvenience unlike previous visits so CHEERS to that!
We just had Taylor as a server, so awesome!Showed off his magic tricks for the table, most fun I've had at a Boston pizza ever :) Great family friendly atmosphere and food was ??
Waited over an hour at the table for our food. Food came on a dirty plate and the other plate of food had hair in it. I showed the server as soon as she put it down on the table and she was not concerned. Pretty disgusting. Only 1 meal out of 3 were right. Ended up leaving without dinner because we couldn't wait another hour for food at 7pm with kids.Would not recommend this location at all. You'd think the manager would come apologize when they mess up like that. But nope.
