Usually the food is great but my husband and I just had a chubby chicken meal and fries and wow the oil desperately needs to be changed. The fries and chicken were very stale/old oil tasting. Please don’t skip that step in your cleaning duties guys! Yuck!
Our order was wrong and instead of changing it they just apologized.
Of all the fast food places A&W is my favorite and the service is much better than any Macdonalds that I can recall ?

Mama burgers were not very good. Not warm and cheese was not melted.
They used base hand to prepare burger and food. Saw their hands touching raw vegetables and cheese. Asked them why they are using base hand instead of wearing gloves. They say it is more sanitary using base hands than gloves. Gross!
Great to get out for a meal. Awesome as always.
