Firstly, the kid with the long blond hair and red cheeks didn't change his gloves after using the till before grabbing my chicken. Like health and safety 101 right here! Secondly, why does everyone have to ask so many questions when I just want to pay and leave. Like, do you guys not listen when a person says "this is all"? I don't care about your sales goals I just want to get out.
So this is our neighborhood sev and we go there regularly and Chrystal has served us multiple times so wanted to leave a review for her as she is always upbeat and friendly. She always makes sure we get everything we need and reminds us of things we may forget even if we our only going in for slurpees she always offers hot food and snacks which we have some times have not thought about. They have good service there and she is always a pleasure to deal with keep up the good work!!
Open all night but NO FOOD. Waste of time ugh.
Everytime that I try to buy nicotine products from one specific staff member she turns me away. Tonight I went to buy Vape pods for my girlfriend and I and she is of age but wasnt there. I was texting her that there is no food available and right off the bat the lady denies me service due to suspision of me buying for under age people because I was on my Cell Phone. Saying she could lose her job if She sold to me because I am "clearly buying for someone else"she says.. I sorta understood but when it is 3 in the morning and no one is standing outside and I had my ID I find it unfair as people of age get lists from people that are also of age to fetch something from the store for them. And on top of that she has never been pleasant to deal with nor customer freindly. I am done dealing with this store. Id rather wait till morning for varisty to open or walk to Macs by DQ.
I went in to buy chicken sandwiches, the person working tonight refused to make more chicken sandwiches. In my line of work if a customer asks for something, and I can provide it, yoou generally would want to fufill the customers request. I wqs refused by the clerk to cook more sandwiches (I was wiĺling to wait). Not only that, but she was upset because I interepeted her smoke break.After what I experienced tonight I will avoid this person and never shop here while she is working.
Do not order from Skip the Dishes from this location. They don't fulfill your order nor do they answer their phone. Terrible service.

DANGER!Being a local that lives right across the streetI will never use the 7-Eleven or recommend it to anyoneAfter experiencing the rudeness out of their associates the last few times that I've gone in, has made me never want to go into a 7-Eleven ever again in any locationWhich is hard to say seeing as I'm a firm 7-Eleven member holderThey choose to run rules that are against 7-Eleven regulations, they choose to lie to their customers and be greedy about certain things that are free in store that they are have chosen to charge for.The associates are highly rude or condescending towards employees, almost as if they know better than you do.One employee that should be looked into is Joanne, any associate that could choose to talk to a customer or be as rude as she's been to customers in the past from what I've seen should not be working in the position they have.After experiencing multiple times overcooked wedges or undercooked food I personally believe the health inspector should be checking this place out a little bit more often.

Come here often as I do live in the area. Usually have a pleasant experience but this evening when assisted by Christopher, I felt he was pretty rude and seemed miserable. I work during all this stuff too, and I feel it's pretty vital to have atleast a decent demeanor about oneself when serving customers no matter the circumstances. I left feeling generally unwelcome which is not the norm. Maybe I caught him on a bad night.
I would like to share I had a good shopping experience at this location in the afternoon today. The girl behind the counter (very young) who was working this afternoon was very friendly. She thought I was waiting a long for my order but not at all. Good customer service! I will drop by again. :)
