We waited 15 mins in the drive thru to order breakfast. We're told twice to hold on a sec, to then be told they weren't serving bteakfast at 1040!!
Their morning hours for their indoor dinner are terrible. They open it at 10 , but won't let you get the breakfast specials after 10:30 so I have not had a chance to try it yet. I hate drive-through's. The service tends to be a bit slow but it is worth it for burgers.
Me and my partner have ordered skip many many times from this location, every single time they have made our order accurate with 0 mistakes. Will continue spending way too much money to get skip from here as we are addicted. :)
It is near a very busy shopping center and traffic is usually hectic but once you're inside the restaurant it is clean and new with lots of light. Employees are always working hard bit never hesitate to smile and greet all customers. They are very fast with orders as well.
Every single time I’ve been missing items and sent home with soggy, cold, old over salted fries (I ask for no salt). Today I was missing a drink and we ordered baconators but got triple baconators. Went to check the receipt to see if we were charged extra and of course- no receipt to be found. So no idea if im being charged for extra stuff that I didn’t even eat(took the extra patty off- it’s just too much) and what am I sopossed to do, drive back to the restaurant without a receipt and ask for my missing items? Im so tired of this location, I won’t be back.

Don't bother applying for a job there if your white or anything. They won't hire you if your not fillipino or asian. They will try to deter you from accepting the position and look right past any qualifications
The staff is friendly and helpful. I was quite tired after a super early work day. An item was forgotten in the drive through. I must have missed it when they read it back to me from my being tired, and they were very friendly about it. I appreciated the way they helped me on that when I walked back in for it. Thank you to the ladies from last night for taking care of me when I was overtired and just needed to go home, lol.?On a side note, everything appeared clean when I went inside, there was a young lady servicing the lobby. The food was good also. They were kind to me and offered to lettuce wrap my burger when I requested one without bread while in the drive through. My teenagers were happy with their Wendy's treat, as we do not eat fast food very often. Thank you for your good customer service ladies. ☺️
Getting very greasy! I mean they always have been the most, but the grease was literally dripping out of the wrapper.
