I dont like sushi, but I love vegetable tempura! This place is hands down my go to! The staff are so nice and friendly. They even accommodate me when I only want certain veggies . It also tastes amazing each time!
The people that work at this place are amazing, customer service was the best I've ever had. I enjoyed that the owners engaged in small talk, however when I tried their bubble tea the first time the tapioca was not to my liking and the second time the tapioca was hard in the center, my first assumption was that the tapioca wasn't prepared accurately, but over all I enjoyed ever second spent in this restaurant.
Love it there! Employees are always kind and the food is always fresh and good.
Me and my boyfriend went there tonight to grab some food to go. Such friendly service and we got to try some fried banana while we waited. Super cozy atmosphere. Will be going back again and again.

After waiting over an hour to make my order, which I was told would only be 20-30 minutes, I couldn’t wait any longer due to an appointment that I had to make. I wasn’t even given a chance to explain the issue or why before the man started yelling, swearing, and berating me. The exact words he said were “You f—-ing customer, f—- you you f—-ing b—ch!” I was originally planning to offer to stop after my appointment and pick it up at a discounted rate due to the wait, but after being spoken to like that I told him to throw it in the garbage for all I cared. Shame on you Sam for letting your business become this. After being a loyal customer since your early days in the mall, we will NEVER be back!!
This place is close to my work, so I often order take out for lunch. Food is always great and fresh. Service is fast and friendly !
I am still recovering from the sushi I ordered and ate two times this week. Both times it gave me food poisoning. Where I had to literally run to the bathroom and hold a garbage can over my knees. The eel was definitely disgusting yesterday, and no where near fresh I didn’t even eat the second piece. The rest of it tasted off too (dynamite and California). So disappointed as I’ve followed this restaurant since it was in the mall as sams sushi. Will not be coming back nor will I continue to bring friends and family here.
Some of the worst sushi we have had. Rice was wet and unflavored, no sashimi and top it off the worst customer service from the owner or chef man. Soto is the place to go to in town.
I wasn't a fan of the spring rolls, not alot of veggies in them, mostly some sort of meat....but i didn't order a meat spring roll. And the tempura sauce tastes vinegary. The tempura itself was good though.
