Asked 3 sugar and 2 cream but they gave me black with 3 sugars …it was early morning while I was on the way to my work …service is not good at all

Slowest Tim Hortons drive through I’ve ever been in. I’ll go as far as saying slowest drive through ever. Do not come to this location before work or other commitments because you will be late. I went inside and the employees were chatting with no care in the world. One guy looked like he was completely out of it staring at the roof and getting in the others way. Fire everyone and start from scratch.

Significant improvement, 4 years ago i couldn't stand this location rude and got my order wrong. But now! This is now my favourite location. Wonderful service, quick to fix issues. So much growth!

Ordered 2 dark roast coffees with a half cream in each. They were white and tasted like milky water. Our breakfast sandwiches also tasted gross.

I dont go to Tim Hortons. I find they have bad service, bad manners and bad food/coffee.If I want a good coffee in the morning I go to McDonald's where they have good service, good manners, good coffee.

Fast coffee, fresh Timbits and a perfect peppermint tea. Staff was super busy but was very quick with service.

This use to be my favorite Tim Hortons in town to go to but the staff are so pushy in the drive through. You can barely open the Tim's app with out them shoving the debt machine in your face. The other day I said "one second please" while I pulled out my card. The staff member tapped on the windows with the machine in displease several times. I tapped my card he pushed my drink and food at me and closed the door. I pulled away and happened to look in the rear view mirror and see the machine waving around out the window. I pulled into the parking lot checked my account and seen it wasn't charged. So I then pulled up to park infront of the doors to go in and pay as there must have been an error. It has happened before where it did not go through properly and I have had to tap my card again(when the server actually payed attention and did not rush.) As I'm opening my door to get out to go inside buddy rushes out and yells "you didn't pay you have to pay" I yelled back at him "maybe if you would have slowed down and taken the time you would have realized there was a macine error" So I had to drag in my three year old autistic son in to pay. The whole reason I went through the drive-through is so that I wouldn't have to go in because I knew my son would have a meltdown as soon as we had to leave.

The order was not taken correctly due to language barrier. Employee running drive Thu could not understand English to do that job

Whoever they have had making wraps the past few days really sucks. This is the 3rd morning in a row of them tasting like garbage. I can't even force myself too eat it the eggs are rubber and the wrap is soggy. It's not hard too make them properly.

I think it's possible that this is the only Tim's in GP that has no mention of needing to be vaccinated to eat inside, actually might be the only eatery inGP that has allowed me to eat inside without that posion shot.**Please do not take this as the gossiple, I may have simply missed the memo and staff may have missed checking my credentials.. Please call the location to be 100% sure**Clean, friendly, hot drinks for my cold morning. 10/10 Would dine again!
