I enjoy getting my food also my drinks there its fast and easy to get fast foods on the go when you go places I would recommend it for others to go there...
Renz went beyond and above, I was in dine-in and dunno what to order but Renz pulled up at the cashier and told me what was new in their menu. Roasted hazelnut was amazing. This kind of employee should be kept and taken care of. Kudos Renz! Congrats to Tim Horton’s cobblestone branch for having this well-trained and professional employee.
Worst location and customer service ever. This location says open 24 hours, but they don’t serve 24 hours. There was a guy working inside and said “we are closed”, and refuse to serve coffee. If you are not 24 hours change the hours on google. Someone could be driving from farther away.
Horrible service.Spilled coffee, asked for new lid & it wasn't on proper, all over my seats, manager could care less when it was brought up to him
Went through the drive through during the morning rush, ordered my breakfast and also a Boston cream doughnut. When I mentioned I was missing my doughnut the lady was very rude and let me know I wasn't charged for it. When I mentioned I kinda wanted my doughnut she got very defensive and asked me if I wanted to see the receipt but I told her it was OK and they can keep their doughnut ....while I don't expect something for free I do expect some form of politeness. Whip3 everyone has a bad day at times it still turned me off of this location...won't be going back for awhile
Consistent 15+ min wait on drive thru, mediocre customer service, and lacklustre food
While my order is always correct, this store is extremely slow. If you are ordering in the store, you are not a priority at all and it usually takes at least 5 mins before your order is taken. Today I mobile ordered and came in to pick it up. 2 employees making the food both called out mobile order but my order sat there instead of being brought to pickup counter even though there were 3 other employees not counting the 2 making the food that we’re standing there or walking by that didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. Only after the employee dealing with the front took a walk in order and made/delivered her order then I had to point out to him that my order has been sitting on the counter behind him for a while and then I finally got my order.
The walk in customers get no priority. I stood in line with nobody at the counter for at least a couple minutes. When I finally did get served my order was not received. The customer who came in after me was served their order first only then did the staff realize my order was not being made. I’d maybe have accepted this if I was issued an apology but all I got was “here’s your order”
I absolutely love this location. They're super friendly and approachable. The orders are accurate, however, if any issues they simply fix it up quickly, professionally and with a smile :)
Another delicious trip to Tim Hortons. The awesome staff served up the most mouthwatering sandwiches. Thank you, see you tomorrow!
