I think her name was Ryley, she made a great sub and she was polite.

The most disgusting cup of coffee I've tasted in a decade of travel; including small gas station coffees. Even if desperate for my caffein this morning, I couldn't drink more than 2 sips of this coffee. Without saying a word, I gave it to my wife 20 mins later and saw a look of revolt on her face and she tasted her first sip (I like to know that its not just me). How is it possible for coffee to be THIS bad?!The inside was spacious and clean.

Mohammed was working and was a great example of excellent customer service and attention to detail. The restaurant is clean, comfortable and inviting. I recommend this Subway location.

This is the worst subway in town. I was waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru. The reason given to me was that they were super busy but it is pretty obvious they were helping people in the store instead of running through people as they arrived including the drive-thru.

When taking an order in drive thru you read it backcorrect but never make it correct.I order a turkey bacon sandwich, which should be made with turkey sandwich meat but has been made with shredded chicken instead the last 3 times i order. If you dont know what product is what, maybe you should train the employees better.

I go here fairly often because I work right across the way, and Mohammed is usually who I am served by.If you ever get to be served by Mohammed, he will brighten your day!He is super kind, and chats with you while doing your order so it makes it feel like a very real interaction.I've come in on some bad days, and I've always left with a smile. He is a fantastic employee that goes above and beyond for the customers he serves. Always a wonderful experience here.

Used drive through here and it was a struggle getting the order put in. Seemed the person taking orders was new then moved forward to window as instructed waited and waited with the line behind growing and still no response at the window? so I went around to inquire and pay for the order. It was because they were so busy. It was good subs just need to tell people they will be waiting at the window. Although it didn't look busy there was one customer inside and no one infront of me in drive through.

Subway has an issue right now of trying to run both their drive through and their stores. They only have the capability of handling one or the other at a time, so more often than not you're stuck waiting for 5-10 minutes before you can even order.

Friendly staff, and the orders seem to be on point every time. My issue is that their debit machine asks for a tip in the drive-thru. So instead of just tapping my card, now I have to pull the machine close, try to read the screen which is in direct sunlight, then find the "skip" button, before tapping my card.Firstly, it's silly and rude to ask for a tip. I'm not here to subsidize your employees wages. Secondly, the drive-thru is supposed to be convenient. If I'm sitting down and having a server take my order and bring it to me. Fine I might tip. But not in a drive thru.

Always love going to Subway. It's a family favourite, and the employees there are so friendly and cheerful. Five stars for sure!
