Used to be great every time , this was my go to for take out 3-4 times per month . But the last 3-4 orders have been getting worse each time. Todays order was horrible . Not sure what has changed , but the food is no longer fresh , prices have gone up , and portions have shrunk . I understand costs going up now these days , but if the food is garbage, and it is, hard to support this place again. I’m out
Come on Grande Prairie, this place is a rip off. Food is overpriced and not up to par. One of the chefs was yelling and degrading towards a waitress and management did nothing to stop it. Unprofessional and a disgrace. Stop supporting these type of establishments. Support businesses that deserve it.
Ordered a few items through skip last week and nothing tasted right. The rolls looked like they had been sitting out for hours and the spring rolls were terrible.I used to eat here several times a month before covid and the food was amazing. That was not the case with my last order.
Normally I love Soto, and go very often. Went and sat down for some sushi with a friend and we had a very rude server. We got iced tea, which tasted extremely watered down and I let the server know and she apologized and said she will go check. Never offered a new drink other than water, then we got the bill $9 dollars for two iced teas, she was very rude when I asked to have them taken off since the drinks were watered down. I could tell she was annoyed with us, but almost $10 dollars for two iced teas?! That’s absolutely ridiculous in the first place, but to act like that to a paying customer is upsetting. I was nice the entire time and she was giving me attitude the minute we sat down. Totally unprofessional and shouldn’t be working in customer service especially serving customers if you act like that.
I went in for lunch today was sat by the hostess at a table and it was dirty and sticky I mentioned this to the hostess and she said oh yes this table isn't clean please sit at another table she sat me at was dirty and sticky too worst service I've ever had there
takoyaki is tasteless and i ordered chopsticks nothing came, my bbq squid sauce is all over the pastic bag.. >.>
Food was fantastic & the chef was very entertaining!! Recommended!!
Very lovely restaurant, friendly and entertaining staff. Waitress gave me some good suggestions. The food was made fresh and was delicious.
2 orders of sushi was just 4 peice each and not up to my daughter's usual fare. The bento box was full of crappy items salad with strange awful dressing fried vegetables were not very tasty I had steak fusion plate that tasted like they used pork which they denied it was oily and peppers and onions were the only thing edible but not tasty at all. Don't recommend for anyone. The food and service were terrible.
Have been going there or ordering in every two weeks since discovering the place. Their house salad is amazing, I cannot get enough of that. And it is the best choice to calm the angry wife when she is hangry lol. The service has always been great and the food is never a disappointment.
