Fresh sushi, great menu, friendly staff
I’ve been eating here for years! Always amazing food and great service! Until tonight. Called over a half an hour before they close no answer, kept calling and calling still no answer. Drove all the way there for the open sign to still be on, when I got in there I let them know that I had been calling for the past almost 30 minutes to place an order. For the girl to give me sass and say that the kitchen was closed a half an hour ago… Really not happy with this experience, and this new girl employee who they have hired every single time we speak on the phone with her, or deal with her in person she is not very kind…. I hope I have a better experience next time I go.
Just got a take out order for a combination of items. Hats off and much respect to these guys. The sushi is constantly 10/10
Best Sushi in Grande Prairie Bar Non. Best Service and so friendly. I tried other Establishments but kept coming back to Prairie Sushi. Pricing is realistic, food portions are huge and very clean restaurant.

Try their Tako Yaki - or really any of their awesome dishes - staff is friendly - food is outstanding and prices are reasonable! Love that you can meet with a friend and have a conversation without having to yell because of the background noise.
all was good. got our orders done. when the server got our food. i got the special combo with california rolls. so the server gave me.xtra order of california roll. so i said i did not order california roll. so he said i did not write it down if you did not order it. i was gonna say to him i got california roll.already why wiuld i still order extra cali roll. instead of agueing i just take it. second thing i ordered 5 piece of rainbow dynamite roll. he gave us 10 piece so i was like nvm. i just take it. not trying to be mean but thats a bad service...very disappointed. although. food is good though. just the bad service.
Had a wonderful evening out with our friends. The waiter Joey was hilarious and food was yummy! Even let him pick my sushi selection to surprise me! Thank you, will be back!

Not bad fried rice, but my go to is always the eels (unagi). Yummo ?I have never dined in TBH, always only take out or deliver to our hotel whenever we are in GP.
