I was super hungry I came here all the way from 15km to eat something, I request them if you have something ready just give it to me. but they were closing it, No one help me :( Not good service.
Delete my order from the screen to achieve their time and forget the order. Waited 10 minutes and got the order with missing item. Really poor customer service. ?
Slowest service I have ever had at any McDonalds anywhere in Canada. A 20 minutes wait for fast food is just unacceptable.
Is a fine McDonald's like any other. Would be great if they served decaf

I really appreciate how wonderful the staff are and how eager they were to go out of thier way and make my dining experience outstanding. The lady who's name I didn't catch is absolutely wonderful, she's polite, and the place was very tidy despite being busy. The food was in my hands in a snap, I just wanted to say thanks for the food it was better than perfect.
My son found this long screw in his drink. McDonald's refuses to do anything about it because my son wasnt injured. ?
Ordered coffee and meal maple bacon! Looked for table all dirty! PANDEMIC ??! Diet Coke flat and they said they changed it after 15 minutes… still flat!!! They tried it… still flat! Never did get my drink! Never received coffee either. The attitude was avoidance and rolling eyes! By the time I tried to eat without a drink my meal was cold and mushy! We left disgusting ?. Worst experience at McDonald’s EVER in 50 years! Disappointed the staff couldn’t care less!
