July 6, 2022 just before the crazy noon hour!!! These ladies deserve a thank you. What a great bunch of people to deal with this morning. I showed up with a big order followed by several more big orders. Which always tends to make things get a little extra confusing when you have new employees. My order took a little longer due to this confusion but when they figured it out they handled it with such great customer service! I left and as I always do I checked my order when I got to the truck, the only thing missing was the dipping sauce and the swag! So I walked back in just because I actually wanted that dipping sauce. The ladies were so so good about it. I didn’t make a big deal just told them I completely understand and it was busy. It was no sweat off my back to come back in for only sauce!! They gave me extra salad and swag for the inconvenience it caused me having to wait and walk back in!! The best part is….. we were all laughing and enjoying the moment because people are only human and we all get overwhelmed at times!!! Ladies- you did a fantastic job at handling the situations that came up in that time!! Thank you for your apologies and for being so kick to get things under control!! You all rocked it this morning!!
I waited twenty minutes while skip dishes drivers pickup orders. Then my food ice cold. Never again so bad.
Just order through Skip, the food that's supposed to be hot was hot and the cold was cold.The chicken was good as always the skin was crunchy and the chicken juicy.The delivery time was estimated at 34 minutes and I am certain it was delivered in much less time.Their pricing is on par with the other chicken being offered in town.
Recently had a meal that was dry, old dried up taters and the two three piece meals had one wingette in one box and the other part of the wing in the second box as a third piece. Very disappointed and not likely to go back!
Had a chicken sandwich and taters. First tater was insanely salty, a couple of others were overly salty as well, but most were ok. The sandwich had almost no flavour, and I'm not sure the chicken was fully cooked. I tossed it in the trash after two bites. The wait at the drive through was so slow as well. Some friends are big Mary Brown fans, but I won't be back.
Terrible food. My Big Mary was missing lettuce and was dripping with Mayo, and the pickles were almost unidentifiable. Won't be there again.

Got to try a 3 piece chicken box for lunch. The chicken was absolutely delicious! Great flavor and not a lot of gristle. The skin was of an excellent texture nice and crispy . My sample box was delivered so I can't attest to the wait times or comment as to whether or not they have improved from the exorbitantly long waits that there were before. I could not go on my break there before as my break would run out of time before I even got my food over and over and over again. So I stopped going there but now that it's under new management, I believe, I am looking forward to going there for lunches!
Not the same Mary brown anymore! Second order I've gotten where tater box was not filled to the top and then look at the less tha half cup of gravy I got!!! So disappointed
