Nicole totally made our experience here a wonderful one. One of us had dietary needs and she was so good at making sure we got what we needed. Great meal! We ate in Tractor Jacks, which is the bar part of this restaurant. Inside, there were several tv screens, a stage set up for karaoke, and several neat items like a tractor and a soap box derby car.
Unreal. Terrible. We ordered our meals and waited 1.5 hours for it. Never got it. We were a table of three and a baby. The table in front of us was a party of 8 or so. Lots of people. They got all their food first and we were told ours was to be right out 3 individual times. We asked to just pay for the appetizers we did end up getting and then they said our food was to be right out. Again. So we waited for it to be put in a box since the server said it was being “put on the plates” and that ended up taking another ten minutes to apparently just be put in a box. Not only did we have to deal with slow and lying staff but also a slow and unreliable kitchen.

I frequent ztractor Jack's which is the lounge side.The service, food and entertainment are second to none!Try it out. I'm sure you'd agree!
Apparently the management can't be bothered to take 2 minutes and change their hours online. Says they open at 6am but they're closed till 7am.
Fantastic breakfast served there. The ambience was great and the service was friendly. I never had an empty coffee mug, can't go wrong with that.
We went yesterday to the North side one. The Turkey dinner was plentiful and extremely good! Great service as well! Made our day

We eat here yesterday and today. Our server both times was Juanita. She was fabulous!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and all round excellent server. The food was very good and large portion. Would highly recommend and give them 5 plus, for service and food.
