Food is never fresh and the gravy is a weird different taste, almost like Swiss chalet gravy. Two thumbs down for not following the colonels recipe!Holy smokes a year later and I returned my whole combo because I was craving the gravy and all they had was the crackling free one… if I’m craving gravy it’s go hard or go home so I went home! Do better KFC

I have only one complaint and that applies to both of the Grande Prairie locations. Why is it that the chicken is never cooked enough? It's supposed to be golden, fried, CRISPY chicken. It never is. I don't get it! Other locations can do it. What is the problem here? Never mind has been now for several years. Yoir corporate office should be made aware because it really is false advertising.
Got a 18pc family meal, added an extra large popcorn chicken and a zinger sadnwhich. Drive home 40 minutes to unpack and see we actually got a small box of the popcorn chicken. Mistakes happen so figured just call and see if they can offer a refund or a credit or something. The female supervisor working at 8:45pm of January 29th told me they only offer one size only of popcorn chicken and that the box I have is the only size they offer because they changed their size options. We paid thirteen dollars for a tiny box of popcorn chicken? If it’s is true they only offer one size only why does it say large popcorn chicken and why were there multiple sizes on the menu and I doubt it would be $13 for something so small.I get mistakes happen but don’t lie to me. A simple “oops were sorry let us rectify that” would go a long way in customer service.
They gave a good recommendation for what to order which is nice since I rarely go to KFC. Good service on drive through
Ordered a twister combo. Really heavy on the sauce and the chicken in it was soggy for that reason. Fries were also cold. Ordered by skip and delivered in a timely fashion, on slow days maybe cook things a little more to order. I'd happily wait a little extra longer for things to be warm and crisp.
They do not like coupons at this location very rude about it and pretend not to understand nothing unless they generally don't understand English annoying
