I ordered food, day before yesterday around 8 from westgate for pickup. There was this supervisor name Julie she was so rude while taking payment and the attitude she was having, yelling at her staff and standing by herself on the corner doing nothing while the store was so busy. I ordered something in particular and was really specific about it and when I asked her to it back because it’s not what I ordered, she replied sir you ordered this, not the one I told her. I usually order from this store but this time it was really bad experience for me. This was not expected from the store ever. I am never going back there. The food was awesome tho
The food was very good it is definitely a go to place to grab a quick meal to go.
Rice was over cooked and somehow there was mildew or mold in the veggies. Very disappointing.
Way to many errors and/or missing items everytime we order Edo. Doesn't matter which location, there's always an issue. This time we didn't get any sauce on our meals. I will choose to stop ordering from places that have employees with language barriers.
Like most Edo Japan. The food I'd yummy but the serving sizes are getting smaller but the price is going up. I wish they would bring back their family meal.
