Excellent service! We appreciated being able to make the reservation and Earls was very gracious when I was 5 minutes late arriving. Thank you!

Out for a meeting. We were on the outdoor patio. They seated us by a group that had reserved several tables. Would have made sense to probably have us a few tables away as they were a fairly large loud group but it was not intolerable and the mood was upbeat anyway

Earls has just become way too expensive for the lack for service. $160 for two people to have a dinner without dessert and a few drinks. When first seated we waited over 15 minutes for someone to take are drink order, while waiting we watching 4 servers stand around talking to each other. Our server wasn’t overly friendly, my app that came out was wrong, I ordered sushi with no spicy mayo, it came out with it, by the time they corrected it and brought me a new app my hubby was done his. $12.5 for a alcoholic lemonade is a tad much. My husbands potatoes were extremely undercooked. We had to wait 10-15 minutes just to get another drink after both of our drinks were empty. I’m starting to understand why it’s become less busy on the popular nights.

Waited 30 minutes to be even seen at our table and welcomed and offered a drink. We had a reservation, so it was known that we were there. We visit Earls regularly and this was a real shame, we almost missed our concert because of this. Terrible dining experience, won’t be back any time soon.

Great atmosphere, steak and sushi was excellent, definitely a new favourite.

Great dining experience. Food came out fast and was amazing.

Had great service, food and drinks. Would recommend talking customers here.

Stopped into Earls for dinner after our golf game and experienced what I consider the best dining experience I have had in quite some time. Our server Chanelle was delightful. She was engaging, entertaining, took the time to make us feel at home and her recommendations were spot on. Earls in Grand Prairie is lucky to have her.

Great service! Great food!

Overall it was fair. They've changed their menu and I don't think for the better. Prices are high for the quality of the food. I would go back for happy hour but not for dinner.
