The worst customer service we’ve ever experienced in so called “fast” food. The staff is almost always snappy and rude, and they can’t even make sure all your food is in the bag. When you call, they offer no solutions to fix THEIR mistake. 0 stars if we could. We called about a burger that didn’t make it into our bag and we were told we could come back right then, or have a nice day.
Longest drive thru waiting times of any “fast food” restaurant I’ve ever been too. The worst customer service was tonight (got off work at 9:30) and was told they didn’t serve past 10 even though I was waiting in line since 9:42. Perhaps moving the ordering box to the beginning of the drive thru lane would be better so customers don’t wait 20 minutes in line to be told you are no longer serving. I will only go to the Dairy Queen on 100st from now on!
Drive thru service is not good at all, I went there today and I waited at the mic for 10 mins and no one ever asked me what I wanted to order so I left because I didn't want to make people wait in line. It was really stupid honestly
I'd give ZERO stars if I could!! Looked this location up online and saw their hours etc. Drove all the way over there to find out that they are closed for construction and only the drive through is open! So.... considering that I can't pick out a cake in a drive thru I left without a cake! I will NOT ever support this location again!!! I've now had time to look through the reviews on this page and it's VERY obvious that the "manager" who responds to bad reviews just copies and pasted the exact same lame answer to everyone!! How about actually fixing the problems so you don't continue to get all these bad reviews?!!!

I could taste the love and care one of the female employees had made my milkshake with. Best milkshake ever!
asked for no pickles and they put 14 pickles on my burger. not impressed
Did you guys know you can choose 2 different flavor of blizzards and they will make it. The first one I had was half strawberry cheese cake and half oreo fudge.So good. ??
Kids r fed n got some ice cream so life is good ???
