I want to give a shout out to the GM Andrew. I called there today with an inquiry and talked with Andrew. I showed up at Browns shortly thereafter and while getting acquainted with Browns, Andrew introduced himself and tried to help with my afore mentioned inquiry. I really enjoyed our conversation and will definitely return to try a lunch special. Based on our conversation, I truly believe that Andrew is a significant asset to Browns Socialhouse Westgate. Went for supper last night at Browns. The music was way too loud, but the waitress was fabulous. Didn’t catch her name (red hair) but she was very quick to refill our drinks.Our food took an exceptionally long time, but it was pretty busy. Some people seated after us had their food long before we did. The wait was worth it and the food was great.
Bright, open, friendly ambience, excellent value and the staff are all smiling which is a great sign. We enjoyed an absolutely delicious supper of Crispy Chicken Tacos and the Tiki Tuna Poke Bowl. Our server, Jackie, was professional, polite, and very proficient at juggling a busy section. The cocktail and wine selections are extensive and the Warm Double Chocolate Brownie capped off the night perfectly. Thank-you to Jackie for choosing that. Would we eat here again? You bet! In fact, we're back the next day and I'm posting this as we wait for our lunch ;)Edit: Lunch was perfect - the Florida Special handheld on a baguette, mmm!
Food was amazing, but the service was absolutely terrible. Our food took 45 minutes to come out and wasn’t made quite how I’d asked, and our waitress didn’t even check on us once to ask how it was.
Love coming here great food staff and atmosphere. Still have dishes I’d like to try but there are so many great things I have tried hard to try something different. Only complaint wish they allowed reservations
January 27th I was in GP, alone for work, and this Browns is a go to for me! I had an excellent Spicy Chicken Sandwich. This visit I was seated at the bar (not my immediate element) and it was terrific. The bartender, she was excellent. Friendly and attentive. Thank you. I do factor the waitresses, as much as the food, into my dining decisions. Keep up the good work Browns! See you again next time. :)
Good atmosphere in this place. Friendly staff, and the food had always been spot on. Keep it up Brown's. Now if only the city snow removal department could keep up to your standards, you might be able to walk somewhere in this city!
The food was really tasty and prices are reasonable, and they made my sister's birthday special with some dessert.
