Our server totally understood exactly what we meant (&implied) when we asked for each item, right up to the bill. Prompt & courteous, always smiling. Especially nice with a larger family.
I wish I didn’t even have to give one star it should allow you to leave 0 or even negative stars I will never be back at this Boston Pizza again. This place is ran by by one of the rudest managers I have ever encountered in my life. Who ever gave her this job should re-evaluate who they leave in charge of there establishment. The service is slow, the food came out burnt and ice cold? The remake took even longer looks like they put it in a microwave for 2 minutes and forgot about it for an hour, the place is disgusting dirty all over the floor looks like hasn’t been swept or mopped in decades. Don’t waste your time go to west gate for amazing service.
Sam (our waitress) was awesome. The food was fantastic and didn't take forever to come despite the busy restaurant.

I can't do half a star so they get one full star! We ordered for delivery - after an hour we called to see if it was on the way - they said another 30 -40 minutes because they had a delivery to Clairmont! We cancelled or order! They didn't even try to save the order, apologize or even offer discount on the next order! Nothing! Forget the North end BP - Westgate Boston Pizza is the way to go!
BP’s is my comfort zone and they rarely disappoint.Having daily deals like pasta Tuesday and Wing nights on Wednesday or the mobile app deals are great. I get good service when I am there, and they change up the menu often enough to get me excited to try whatever they add.For this particular BP’s, friendly staff, good layout, and accurate orders.Spinach dip with pizza bread as the dip was great on the last visit to see the Leafs lose game 7.
Megan with Northgate BP’s has amazing customer service. We called to check on our delivery order as it had been taking awhile longer then what we were told and she was quick to call the driver and also offered us a discount off our order.. we were not expecting this, just thought we would get an update. Her kindness and generosity was so appreciated.
This is our go to BP in Grande Prairie. We always have decent service and takeout always arrives fast and we love his jersey. We refuse to go to Westside because of service.
