As the chicken finger graced NY mouth and exploded with juices my heart skipped a beat ha ha yeah pretty good food staff are friendly too highly reccommended
I took the wife out for her birthday just as a short quick meal..She loves the Chicken Alfredo there..When we were served..I'd gotten my order and my wife's as well all aside from cutlery..both scratching our heads for 5 minutes..i finally flagged down another waitress who was more than happy to get us some...they also forgot a complete appetizer...Attention to detail is everything..a small mistake..but it does help if you want your patrons to eat...lol
Food tasted good when it came out, but there was a ridiculous amount of issues in getting our food. Took forever, shrimp not excluded as requested, a wrong item brought out entirely. And it wasn't busy, so it wasn't due to business.
Mikaela L was my mom and I’s server this evening and she did an excellent job and was the best part of the dining experience. She personally ensured my mom’s broccoli was cooked to perfection after being a bit crunchy the first time around. Thanks Mikaela!
Not the best experience or clean. We were seated at a booth next to a mess on the floor that clearly had not been dealt with for quite a while. We asked the server about it to which she replied oh it’s just ranch. Personally I feel she should have taken the initiative to clean that up instead of leaving food all over the carpet. Our server was also quite unfriendly and super awkward. I’ve had wonderful experiences before at this location but this time was quite sub-par.
Not a great experience. Manager was super unprofessional, ordered drinks for table and didn't bring one for our child at the table, restaurant was very dirty (bathrooms not clean, food all over the floors), meal came out cold, had to ask server for utensils. Horrible service and will not be back.
We went for dinner tonight. Absolutely BRUTAL. We went with another family so 4 adults and 4 kids total. Mistakes happen with groups that large. Totally understandable, but it was mistake after mistake after mistake. My 13 year old didn't even get his meal (a small pepperoni pizza) until everyone else had been served and had eaten. Then they brought him a kids size pizza. He ate that while we waited for his small pizza as that was not nearly enough. My husband ordered a medium rare steak and it was so well done it was like leather. When ready to leave the waiter had to come back and ask us who had ordered what 3 times. Our bill was brought to us 5 times and wrong each time. They never did figure it out, we just swapped the money between us afterwards. The manager had given my son a free dessert because his meal hadn't shown up, we ended up asking for 5 times, and waiting half an hour before we finally left without it. I spoke to the manager and told him to forget it. Absolutely ridiculous and we won't be back. Mistakes absolutely happen but this was beyond ridiculous.
Food was so good, came out hot. Everyone always had refills and staff is friendly. Great management.
Food took 3 hours, what we actually recieved wasn't what we ordered and inedible. Salad was brown and wilted to the point of slimy texture. Drink refills are evidently a luxury and staff are far too busy on their phones at the till to remove plates and empty cups. The bill had items that were not ordered and was missing things we did, which we had to pay for regardless. The standards for this particular BP are already incredibly low, but this experience was so bad we will never return.
Dined in, the servive was mediocre, staff were friendly. I've tried their ravioli three separate times; each time it was disappointing. The middle was cold, the flavor was off. They nailed the cheese though ?
