Should probably change your hours on Google maps so somebody else doesn't drive across town to be disappointed like I just was

We showed up 10minutes before their closing hours and they had the door locked and open sign off, guy inside.Wish they followed their posted hours.
Did a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 3.10. Got there literally at exactly 3.10 and there was one girl working. I don’t know if she’s a mute or something? She didn’t say a word. She was making drinks and someone else came in and took those ones while we just sat there wondering what the heck was going on. At no point did this girl even acknowledge us. Another customer came in and she started taking her order. We were like ummmm? Hello? Well FUNNY STORY our order was just sitting in the cooler thing while we sat there for almost 15 mins waiting for this girl to even acknowledge our existence. What a weird place. Never again

I always hit up When I’m in town. All 3 customers never had a mask on. Even though on the door masks mandatory. I won’t be going back. I asked the employee and he said we can’t ask the customers to wear one!!! Is all the stores the same???
