I have always enjoyed A&W! I got a momma burger when i went here, and it was tasty. The person behind the counter was kind and speedy.
When you want a great hamburger you have to go to A&W the best by far!
Everytime I have ordered the All Canadian Special from AW, they have given me cutlery and napkins. They didn't even give me napkins at this location. Since when is AW too cheap to hand out napkins? Also got 1 strawberry jam packet and 1 ketchup. Other stores usually give me 2 strawberry jams and 3-5 ketchup. Young kid in the drive thru needs to stop being so cheap and learn how to properly hand out condiments, cutlery, and napkins.Why ask me how I want my eggs cooked, if you are just gonna cook them easy?Also if you don't have an item such as the sausage links, please make me aware of this. Don't just blindly substitute my order without telling me. Pathetic customer service. I'll be going to the other AWs in the future and avoiding this one.
Friendly service, although when I go to A&W and order root beer to stay I do expect it in the frosted mugs.

My boyfriend and I were in Grande Prairie over Christmas time and we decided to stop at A &W to grab a burger as I know they do lettuce wrapped burgers. I am allergic to wheat so I can't eat the traditional buns they use. We came in and the place was super clean and they scanned our vaccination QR codes as soon as we came in. The Supervisor was super nice she helped us at the till. My burger accidentally came out with cheese on it so they fixed that right away. Very impressed with the quality of food at this location and the people, I give praise to the supervisor as she was friendly, polite and very informative about their allergen list.
They lied about the price. The big sign says 5.99 for the meal, but at the window it 10.49. If your not going to honor it either change the sign or at least let people know when they order, not at the window. If you're happy to trick people with the price, what else are you lying about?
