The drive through person can't speak English
FAST SERVICE, dang these folks are speedy. But I can only attest from the front counter experience as my service truck won't fit in the drive-thru. Orders are accurate, fries are hot, albeit not as crispy as I like them. But hey, can't win every battle right?
I love wendys since day 1
The manager, who took my order was sharp and crass in his tone and disposition. He threw my cup onto the counter and walked away. The entire interaction, he didn't once look at me in the eye or even flash a fake smile. After I left with my to-go meal, I dug in to my chicken sandwich; it was gross. The lettuce was wet-rot wilted and the tomato wasnt even on the sandwich, I was balled up stuck to the side of the bun. Worst service I've ever had there.
Customer service is no 1. You get what you ask for.
