A drive through would've been nice but the fast service offsets that. Always clean.
Check your sandwiches and wraps before you leave. Charged me for bacon but i did not receive it. Its my own fault for not checking. But once you open the wraps the package is destroyed lol service was slow for how many employees they have. Management could come up with a better system. Perhaps one person taking orders while another fills them? Instead of one person taking an order then filling it. Besides that its whats to be expected at Tim Hortons.
This place is an absolute joke. They seem unbelievably busy serving half the customers the other locations serve but wait! They don’t even have drive through imagine if they add that . They always without fail mess up orders too. Their mobile pickup option is most of the time unavailable. They shut off their skip the dishes so I had to order downtown and pay a $5 delivery charge. All this could’ve easily been avoided if they didn’t hire incompetent and unproductive employees. God this place should close down
An average Tims but since the US took over nothing spectacular about much offered at their locations imo and their donuts since they started shipping them frozen vers fresh made in the store daily the old fashioned way blah! You all don't know what you missed and how Tim's became what it is today but long gone now.
Bought 2 French vanilla last week it was just like mud all French vanilla no water , took a pic went back today the supervisor on duty at 1:00pm said he was sorry and told me these were different and I took his word when I got home the 2 were almost the same , 4 French vanilla garbage Have to drive a extra 20 mins to get a good French vanilla Carmelita power
What's the point of being open 24/7 if you don't serve food? I've waited 15 minutes at 3 in the morning for McDonald's to make me fresh food, just another reason I don't go to Tim's anymore.

The best way to put it is this the food that you do get is tasty and good but sometimes they miss the ball on getting every part of your order right not to mention consistency is a big problem especially with the ice coffee i get every morning i order ahead of time on the app 20 mins before get there but it doesn't matter because they do it in order of who is in line instead of in the order given by the system it is extremely frustrating to deal with
Slow to take my order, some staff appeared to be standing around (I mean maybe they were doing a job). Waited 10 mins for my iced coffee.
Always friendly staff. Miguel is such a kind man and his service is superb. Tonight I did a mobile order to the wrong location, I was going to do another order and the young man(I believe his name was Alex) told me not to worry about it and made me my coffees. After a long day that was less than spectacular that kindness really cheered me up
