Shout out to Starbucks Eagle Ridge Team!I had a big order today for all my co-workers with 15drinks and a few food items and everything was done so fast. When I asked for a drink that was sold out at the store, the barista made it anyways and she was super friendly and helpful!We all enjoyed our drinks this morning as we started a busy day at work!Thank you Starbucks team!

Super friendly staff, clean and fast service. Was there today to work and spent some time at the location. Staff quite professional and focused on customer service!

The only reason the staff are friendly is due to the lack of brain cells in there heads, wow are they ever slow. Lol the future generation is definitely in relax mode

Drove across town to this particular location because they advertised longer operating hours. Found them closed at 9 PM despite their 10PM closing time posted on the door and in the drive-thru window. Not impressed.

Great customer service, loved the bubbly personality! Ordered 2 venti Java chip Fraps', slightly disappointed that the chocolate syrup I use to always receive wasn't included ontop of the whip cream!

There’s a woman in the location that takes payment at the drive thru, she has longer dark hair and pale skin. She extremely rude and makes people very uncomfortable with her bad attitude. She denied my cash several times, she’s accosted me about wearing a mask to the point she actually asked me to leave an empty cafe AFTER I’d paid pick up mobile and not received my coffee over it (mandates are suggestions not laws) She once told my boss that I refused her order at the window while I was picking up for the staff at my work. I hate seeing her at the window when I pull up. Myself and my coworkers have contacted their head office several times, they said they’d call back, and never did. Go to a different location in town if you’d like to leave feeing happy.

Never again!!!! I’m new to FM and have been coming through the drive through 1-2/week. It doesn’t matter if there is 1 or 10 cars in front of you - expect a wait. They are soooo SLOW! Nevertheless, I endured this but my most recent experience will be the LAST! I ordered 2 steaming hot lattes and received one at a time. The second one went in my hand and immediately the lid flipped off (obviously not secured) and poured all over me and my car. I was in complete horror and kept getting apologies. Since I spent 20 minutes in line I had to rush back home with hot coffee all over me to get ready for a meeting. As soon as I could I made the call - first to the store to speak to a manger (who offered me more coffee) and then to head office. They started a file and said they need to investigate. A week later I got an email saying they talked to the store and basically discovered it was my fault. I’m in disbelief! Instead of owning up to the mistake they basically blamed the customer for receiving coffee without a secure lid in a drive through. Shame on all the workers that witnessed what happened that day and acknowledged their mistake then but later rescinded. Shame on head office for their lack of support of what I went through. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this wasn’t it. I will never give Starbucks one cent of my money for this!

Even when they manage to stay open the poor management and miserable staff are not worth the wait. The mobile order is frequently shut down, their drive through closes at random times, and even the store cannot seem be open for the hours posted.The downtown or Riverstone Ridge location are far better alternatives.

Starbucks is delicious but expensive. Can't make a Double Double to save their life but ask for a specialized drink with 27 customizations and it'll cost a fortune and be spot on.
