Every time I go to the Starbucks I feel very unwelcome, they always seem irritated, I just feel all around very uncomfortable. even though that’s the Starbucks closest to my house I usually to go to the Timberlea one because I don’t get the attitude there that I get at the thickwood one. I get that last 2 or 3 days have been frustrating because the Christmas switch, but there’s really no need for them to not look you in the eye say hey how are you etc. I’ve worked it in the service industry for a lot of years and I know that sometimes it’s hard and to put a smile on, but we’ve all faked it.
You probably don’t know that they only have 2-3 people working in shifts throughout the day, sometimes only one person works alone, and other shops usually have more than 3 people in each shifts.
Was really good! My sister and I went today and the person making our drink did wonderfully.

Understaffed poor girl running off her feet. Overheard her telling new staff that showed up manager in meetings all day. Waited 20 min for plain americano ashe was running making previous orders

Hands down the best Starbucks in Fort McMurray. They are the only ones to seem to get the right consistency with every beverage bought. Friendly and courteous staff who knows exactly what they are doing. Can't get enough.
Service as expected. Will return.
It's a pretty good Starbucks. Friendly staff and usually well stocked!
