This location is my favorite in fort mcmurray! The drinks are always good and the customer service goes above and beyond! Went to a different location for our drinks this morning because we were on that end of town, and our drinks were not made correctly which i only took a drink once almost home to my mistake. So we didn't know if Starbucks would fix it, but we went to this location, our usual to see if maybe the could and the manager served us and we explained what we asked for and showed what we got and explained that it came from a different location and she glady made us new ones, and done correctly!! And she was very nice and understanding about it to. That's what a call amazing customer service!!? Thank you for that! 5 outta 5 for this place!!
Ordered a pike place drip coffee. Staff emptied pike place drip coffee, added some hot water, then emptied the dark roast drip coffee into cup. Still not enough to fill the cup so waited for more pike place to brew. Irequested a cup of fresh pike place as saw staff putting hot water and dark roast into cup with pike place. Despite request for fresh pike place staff just filled the cup with new pike place drip coffee once brewed and it taste like garbage and was cold. I am not good with confrontation so stupidly didn’t say anything. Starbucks is good for specialty drink but drip coffee not worth the money.

My worst Starbucks experience ever !! the slowest service ever! If you have a life, don’t go there. It is waste of time waiting fir my order !! my friend has a gold card allowed for coffee filling they said no !! Wtff very bad customer service ???

Really friendly workers!! Love it there so much. But sometimes nobody can be there and they still take awhile to get you your stuff.. but any other day I love it!! Their pretty fast sometime. they deserve a raise!!
