Long wait times. The location has some untrained employees and is regularly understaffed.
I work here, so I don’t know if this is 100% a “fair review” but I love it, the staff here is fantastic and always makes my day 10 times better, the manager is sweet and takes time to be on the floor and make people feel appreciated, and the shift supervisors are just wonderful people who are constantly putting out fires and doing their job amazingly, all of our regulars are fantastic people and I love getting to know all of them. I’m very happy with this Starbucks location and proud to work here. (Did I mention the staff I love the staff they’re great)

Nice and friendly staff, but as is with Starbucks it was overpriced and taking to my wife was difficult with the music being so loud.
Asked for 1 pump of caramel, went home, and discovered that I got 5. Gross, undrinkable latte, and who's going to get in their car and drive 6 km to return a latte?
Once again my drink is made wrong and I always get 2% milk instead of almond milk. I shouldn’t be paying for the almond milk if I don’t get it in my drink most of the time.
A great big shout out to the amazing staff at the Starbucks downtown. I did a scavenger hunt for my boyfriend's birthday. I wanted to include where we met for our first date. I went in and spoke with Izza and she was totally down with the idea and said she'd share my plan with the rest of the staff, so everyone was aware. When I dropped off my "clue" Alvin was on the register and was amazing, when the other staff overheard they all already knew what was going on and their enthusiasm added to my positive experience. I'm not sure who ended up giving the envelope to my boyfriend the following day but he said that all the staff were amazing. He didn't use his Starbucks gift card that day, I guess he was excited to get his, next clue, but we'll be back to see all the smiling faces. Thank you for not only helping me pull off this birthday adventure but for sharing in the excitement.
Waited 20 mins for a black coffee and an oat milk latte. They forgot about the coffee and the oat milk latte tastes like sunflower seeds. Asked for a refund. They seemed very unorganized and mostly standing around doing nothing. Won’t be going back. What a waste of time.
As someone who can never find a favorite coffee I like the girl working drive thru helped me so much and made not one but two different coffees to help me find one I would like and not one but two were amazing !
