This place is the worst, I stood at the cash register area for like 5 minutes with people buzzin all around me and no one took the time to help me. I’ll be wary of eating here again with that type of service. Maybe get some adults working there instead of kids, nothing against kids working but they need leadership.I just left and went elsewhere to eat.
I don't even know what to say. If you aren't using skip you might as well not order from in-store. Used to be able to walk and and have food ready almost instantly. Now you're waiting 20-30 mins for a burger and fries, while about 15 orders of skip the dishes are being pushed out of the doors as fast as possible. No priority to walk-ins. Might as well close the doors and move the business to online only.
most experiences ive had here have been the worst. got overcharged, waited 40 minutes for food, latte machine broken and smoothie machine broken. yikes. i try to avoid this mcdonalds. dont care if i have to drive 30 minutes. Rating 2 stars because the first time i went they had good service.
If only the food actually looked like the pictures on the menu. I rarely stop at McShits, A&W is superior in every way
The place is busy and has great customer service. Wait time I'd pretty good considering the amount of orders they get.Always enjoy breakfast with my kiddos.
I just got two cheeseburgers and small black coffee. The burgers were really terrible, microwaved likely more than once. Really rubbery and just unexceptionable. Coffee was great as usual and staff was friendly but....This was at Stoney Creek
Wait time is terrible and they got my order wrong. They put Skip the Dishes as top priority leaving you constantly waiting for your order.
Seems like every time I order from this location they don't get my order right. Double check before leaving the store because they don't care enough to double check and there is nothing worse than getting home and realizing your order is wrong.
honestly the food and service is good, but it’s so cold, please please please install better heating systems:)
Always busy but orders is fast and location is easy to access to everyone
