Teejay the manager has ZERO customer service skills and ZERO managerial skills. He passed the buck on his responsibilities to corporate office for myself and for the customer behind me who had the exact same issue. He acted as though he had no ability to deal with the situation. Terrible form.I almost never 1-star anything. I despise leaving bad reviews. To add to this experience this restaurant takes way too long to prep and give you your order. And it's almost never busy. I have been all over North America and I have never seen a McDonald's run so horribly in my entire life (OVER 35 years as a customer). I will not be returning to that store ever again. I reached out to corporate office because of the poor display of this manager alone had disgusted me.

This place is pathetic every time I order a burger it doesn't matter if it's a big mac or a BLT qp it's always a sloppy mess n i have to put it back together I get it's called fast food but come on....

It's a McDonald's. What more can you say?I got take-out. They put ketchup packets in the bag without being asked so that was good.

Check your order before leaving, have had to drive back because they very frequently forget something.Multiple occasions where they gave me a medium amount of fries for a large order. The fry box was only half full.Go to the one north or south of town instead of this branch.Followup visit edit: ordered 2 McFlurry's and an iced coffee. The iced coffee had no ice in it and was room temp. The Regular sized McFlurry was only HALF full of ice cream.

Very friendly staff nd excellent food

The table wasn't wiped and was covered in food so we had to move in fact many of them were really dirty. It was king of gross

Constantly talking orders wrong and making orders wrong. I mean no disrespect but they need to memorize the words NO, EXTRA, and whatever else is on the menu at the very least so there is not such a hard time taking orders.Once again not trying to be offensive, just an observation.

Going to this location for about 3 years now. Every now and then will find a staff member blatantly denying an item or service that I have been getting in the past and mcd has been serving. Thought will leave a review today because I can't anymore with them. ALL DAY BREAKFAST means allllll day. But ever other day i will fi d a staff member saying we stopped serving breakfast and me repeating this never ending explanation that no you don't just replace hashbrown with fries as per you rules and let me go. But no as usual so I have to go in and order from the kiosk and guess what ALL DAY BREAK FAST

I am a regular every morning coffee customer of McDonald's.......even buy my whole crew coffee at coffee break. This morning I went through the drive thru and my double double didn't taste very good. Went back through the drive thru a minute later to exchange it and they made me pay for another one. Very poor customer service....very argumentative with me. All I wanted was a good tasting coffee!

Ordered a quarter pounder BLT.Tasted great. But looked like they set the bun up on one side of the room and tossed the patty and the rest from the other side of the room. Had to tear it apart and reassemble it in the car.
