Absolutely terrible service
Honestly the worst experience ever with Peter the manager at the Thickwood location. Gave me enough fries for not even a three year old when I ordered a six piece of chicken meal and fries. I drive up to see what they would do as I paid a fair chunk of money to feed my family and he called me cheap lol what an arrogant prick
so I have been ordering from here for 20 years 345 .. the girl who answers the phones is snobby..and very unfriendly almost hostile... I made a complaint last week and she said the manager isn't around when I asked and hung up... food is going downhill compared to what it use to be
If you’re in the fort mcmurray area and want the best donair pizza in Town you must order the donair pizza with tomato sauce,ask for fresh tomatoes on top- sweet sauce on the side ! Thank me later
Food was okay. Staff was kind of rude. No bathrooms. I liked the donair. I would go back to eat but it wouldnt be my first choice.
I absolutely adore this place. Great food, very flavorful, filling, and well made. Wonderful staff, from ordering on the phone to the delivery person. They're quick, very well priced, and definitely my top pick for pick-up or takeout.
I ordered almost 200 wings from and I asked the guy on the phone to please put the sauce on the side.The guy gave me 3 small cups of sauce enough for maybe 10 wings.When I called back and complained,, zero apologies and reinstated that his delivery drivers will not deliver sauce even though I paid $250 plus a 25% tip with a grand total of $312.50I’ll never order from there again.
I ordered a well done, large cheese and pepperoni. Good price and it was delicious. Definitely worth a shot!
I waited for 1 1/2 hrs for my order that was suppose to be delivered in 30-40 min. Also ordered chicken Alfredo and they sent plain toast and diluted Alfredo sauce
Donair was cold, the salad was a sad story of a ceaser salad ,the only good thing were the wings
