Honestly the worst experience ever with Peter the manager at the Thickwood location. Gave me enough fries for not even a three year old when I ordered a six piece of chicken meal and fries. I drive up to see what they would do as I paid a fair chunk of money to feed my family and he called me cheap lol what an arrogant prick
so I have been ordering from here for 20 years 345 .. the girl who answers the phones is snobby..and very unfriendly almost hostile... I made a complaint last week and she said the manager isn't around when I asked and hung up... food is going downhill compared to what it use to be

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 41 years living in this city , basically called me a liar , ordered food at 2:20 am on a Sunday morning and food wasn’t delivered until 12:30 pm Sunday afternoon $ 59.00
Charged $5 over prices listed on the menu. Missing several items from our order. We usually love jomaas. Not this night.
The jomaas in thick wood was rude and giving me a hard time cause I called and said there chicken mushroom Alfredo was nasty supper tangy

Timbo Jomma’s is horrible, ordered 3 donairs and only 1 sweetsauce came! My poutine French fries were undercooked and they forgot the 2 litre. Like wtf.. WAKE UP!! It’s always something with this place.. PLUS when I called back I got hung up on for saying the issue. Very unprofessional..
