Good food, but has suffered under the current manager or owner. Was better in the past.
Service is friendly and quick. Friendly during restrictions. The best burger I’ve eaten. And don’t forget their breakfast, also really good and a decent price. Been back many times
Customer service way down. The restaurant was empty and they tried telling us where to sit. As well there were dirty tables and certain condiments and spices that are usually on the tables were either empty or missing. We had borrowed from the gentleman that came in after us and got the lucky table that had everything at it. This being the case when there were 4 or 5 of the employees sitting in a circle chatting to one another instead of making the restaurant clean and supplies restocked.
My first and last time trying fat burger. The only thing tasty about that meal was the canned drink.

I came to fat burger for two kids cheese burger meals and damn. it took 24 mintutes and maybe i can rationalize it because they “cook it fresh” but when two skip the dishes drivers and a couple that walked in 10 minutes after me got their food super fast i was upset. once i finally got my food and left to my car they forgot my drinks and the “burger patty” looked like a tiny flattened meatball and was way to small for the bun. it was an overall upsetting experience and i probably won’t be coming back.
Was a regular customer but today around 3pm found hair in my wife's burger and also in mine. Never had experienced this before, maybe because I only had enough for the food and left a small tip. Ended up throwing food out. Can't see us ever returning.
I got in touch with my inner self whilst dinning from this establishment. One would think it was due to the life altering burger cuisine they are billed as. Alas not the case they stock their bathrooms with one ply toilet paper. Decent burger, be sure to tip or get extra curlies in your fries.
Food is good.. service is bad. Cashier was too busy looking at tic tok than take our order. Had to get her attention after standing in front of till for over a minute. While ordering food employee continued to look at her phone.
