The way to improve is wearing a net over the head so the costumer doesn't get a food with hair on it!!!
The sauce must be watered down. Can not taste it at all. Super bland food. The edo in the mall is good so go there instead of this place
Came to this location. Ordered a chicken & beef Bento box with rice, gyozas, & tempura shrimp. Sat down to eat, and noticed I had noodles instead of rice. Asked the lady at the till why I didn’t get rice, and she replied saying I didn’t say rice, so I sat down to avoid being embarrassed in front of other customers in the restaurant. She brings me rice to the table, so then I’m sitting there not happy that they didn’t correct my order, but I had to pick up my vegetables, beef and chicken to the rice. What a terrible experience, and the staff are just rude here at this location. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place to order a sumo size meal, plates was not even the regular size, they don't give you any complements for food, that happens twice to me, never come back again!
Food was sort of ok. Staff seems to be unhappy and not motivated at all for whatever reason.
Asked for 3 large bowls of just noodles. There was a bowl on the counter with food in it and I said 3 of that size of just noodles. So she charged me 3 sides of ramen noodles. Then the cook pulled out 3 small bowls. I said no small bowl I want 3 of that large bowl of ramen noodles. She said that side of ramen is half the size of the large bowl. I said ok I want 6 sides then. She then charged me 6 sides of ramen noodles. I then realized I paid for 9 sides of ramen noodles and said I didn’t want that much food. She then didn’t understand English and no longer talked to me. I couldn’t get a refund. Gave me 3 large bowls overflowing with noodles that she mashed down with a lid to fit in the bowl. Didn’t give me any napkins, cutlery, or my receipts.

Ordered teriyaki vegetable with cauliflower rice
The sevice here is absolutely awful. You guys are brutal to deal with . I have blonde hair and recieved my order and told them there was a long black hair in my teriyaki bowl with proof. and they said it wasnt theres when THEY ALL HAVE BLACK HAIR. They cant even admit to it or refund me or even just simply give me a new bowl . . You guys dont even deserve any sevice / business through this pandemic. Just awful . Take care of your customers especially in a smaller town.
