It was my first time going to this establishment. I ordered 2 super Donair. What a mess, very little meat, way to much sauce and I swear my donair was 3/4 onions. I almost though it was a joke. Go to PK’s or cosmo for donairs.
There pizza was amazing. The staff is friendly and the manager/owner was super niceI will be ordering from there again and again.
These guys are super awesome with each food i demand and the food is superb as i ask every time love this place.!
I ordered a regular donair, I checked the menu that was posted on Google and it said the donair was 7 dollars. I went in and I was charged 9 dollars for the donair. Maybe you could put me at fault for not checking the menu in the store but that's not all. The donair meat was sub par. It had zero flavor. The donair was drowned in a flavorless "sweet sauce". The only redeeming factor of the meal was the pita and that's not something hard to make good. The reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 was because the service was good and quick. Don't buy the donair from here. Also update the website mr. Buster
Ordered double cheese multiple times always seems light, really the same as single cheese anywhere else. Ordered triple cheese to see if that would make a difference and it was lighter than a double cheese order. My receipts reflect the extra charges yet no extra product. I've always been sure to tip and am disappointed everytime, I guess I'll have to go on a diet.
The donairs are bland with very little spicing of the meat and the meat is far too lean for donair meat. Donair sauce (Called Sweet Sauce in Alberta ?) definitely needs to be reformulated. Not sweet enough and also not enough garlic. Definitely not the worst attempt at making donairs in YMM.
They are advertising as halal but are not. Its just a typical pizza place with pork and stuff. There are other options in town that are actually halal.
I called for the status of my delivery after 50 minutes of no delivery and my pizza was still at the restaurant. I asked why it took so long and they said that they have only 1 delivery driver, which is absurd for the amount of traffic they receive. I asked if they could knock down the price at least they said no, I asked if they could knock down the delivery price and they said no. With no Customer Empathy they will not be getting my business anymore. My Pizza came 1 hour 20 minutes after I ordered...

Awesome tasting pizza , donair and wings. The only big chain halal place in the up town of fort mcmurray is a blessing in itself. The staff is very friendly and couteous. Usually orders are ready within the timeframe mentioned. The pizza , donair and wings are always tasting very good. Highly recommended if you are looking for good halal tasting pizza , donair and wings.
