This is our favorite BP's in town. Since we have no more under aged children at home we can go in to the lounge area where it is far less noisy when the other side is busy. The staff in the lounge are very attentive, and the food always comes to us hot a delicious.
Food was excellent the service was even better the server you want is Jared he's exceptional at what he does attentive funny and good energy
Over the past couple of months the service at the downtown location has gotten progressively worse. I hate leaving poor reviews but I’m at the point where meals that we have ordered have been forgotten about enough or I’ve waited long enough to be served even a drink that I’m doing this hoping something will change. I used to enjoy bringing my family (with our 4 children) to Boston Pizza downtown but it is becoming our last choice option over the past few months. Something needs to change, not sure if it’s poor training or management but whatever it is it needs to be fixed.
Went on April 3 2022 around 5 p.m. and it was great! Service, food, and ambience.Thanks for making my day more delicious.And I need to add that the brightness on a sunny day makes the dining room so special. You don't get that at Brewhouse, Montana's, or Banquet where it's so dark inside.
Ordered 2 small pizzas, cactus cuts and wings ($100 with skip) all for it to upset my bf and I stomach 4 hours later and have us in and out of the bathroom all night and into the next day. 2 stars cause it still tasted awesome.
Yummy pizza and Boston pizzas pizza is my favourite, however $8.79 for a pint of beer is heinously overpriced.With everybody already being gouged by inflation in every facet of industry, especially like the prices of gas, almost $9 for a drink is obscene, if I was owner I would drop my prices to give people a break.
Love the simulators here. Love the ice cold frozen mugs and schooners. The food is consistently good every time

Ordered nachos, cheese wasn’t melted. Waitress complained about the 10% tip I gave her. Not everyone can afford huge tips! So rude that she complained to another coworker as I was walking past. Make people feel small.
Good food and place. Bar is great and have good atmosphere. Restaurant area is good for family dinner.
