Need to quit blasting freezing cold air through the place, specifically right where you are sitting, the food is good but it makes me prefer going to the other location as it’s like this every time I come in

ordered medium rare NY sirloin steak and was served with super dry well done steak, complained yet they still refused to replace my order.
Enjoyed our dinner. Pizza was awesome! Service was awesome too.
Over the past couple of months the service at the downtown location has gotten progressively worse. I hate leaving poor reviews but I’m at the point where meals that we have ordered have been forgotten about enough or I’ve waited long enough to be served even a drink that I’m doing this hoping something will change. I used to enjoy bringing my family (with our 4 children) to Boston Pizza downtown but it is becoming our last choice option over the past few months. Something needs to change, not sure if it’s poor training or management but whatever it is it needs to be fixed.
Love the simulators here. Love the ice cold frozen mugs and schooners. The food is consistently good every time
Really good deal on Sundays for Nachos. Happy hour all day as well. Chicken is fake and taste stale. Everything else is good except for the fake chicken. Skip the fake meat.
Went for early supper with kids, waitress brought kids meals and appies with no cutlery - had to track down waitress to get some for the kids to eat. Asked for a side of hot sauce with wings, never got it and had them done before waitress came back - got charged for sauce we didn’t get. Ordered shrimp tacos, got chicken tacos. Different waitress came and took all napkins and wipes off table before dessert, kids didn’t even have anything to wipe their hands. Had to track down a third waitress to pay after sitting and waiting over a half hour. Wasn’t impressed with the service at all.
This BPs has a couple sports simulators. It has become the wife and I's winter retreat. And its been a long winter. We enjoy the golf, its a fairly solid sim. Just turn off the putting, as it will just ruin your putting game.Staff has been great all winter long. The pizza has taken a huge step up this year, and could potentially be top 3 in town.
I would like to thank the ladies working last night, me and my son came for dinner and it was his birthday. And the girls were very nice and chatted him up. It might not seem like much but he’s super excited for his bday and they made his feel so important last night!
