Thursday night was excellent but Friday sat there and no one wanted to take my order or get me a drink. Left after 10 minutes and went to Montana's
By far the best steak sandwich and it was cooked to my perfection, highly recommend them!
Stayed here for one night with my husband and three kids. Booked through Expedia and got a great deal. Lots of parking in back, some in front but not a lot. Room was on main floor and not too far from lobby. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was quite small. There was a large hole in the wall behind the main door when you enter room. Hotel is centrally located in downtown Fort McMurray, next to Peter Pond Mall and casino. Tim Hortons is also right there as well which was great for coffee in the morning. Breakfast is served in the attached pub which was dimly lit like a seedy bar. I felt weird about taking my kids into it, so we skipped it. Check out was super fast. All in all, good bang for my buck but not a place I would jump to stay at again.

Had an amazing time until we walked out the door. At which point a worker chased us out through the door to try and make my group feel bad for ONLY tipping our server (not her), $30, (just under 10% of the collective total). we as customers should not be expected to tip no matter what we buy, especially during covid.
Thank you for the hospitality, always a great time at baileys. Would give 5 starts but I haven’t tried the menu, has changed a couple of time since I’ve sat in to eat.

Deal is great but be prepared to wait for service, 45 mins waiting for beer, just ended up taking bill. Won't return unless they improve service.
