Chicken is made to order and not kept under a heat lamp. The cost is not more than chain chicken plus they use larger chickens. I'd say it's a much better value.
Entering the restaurant, you are greeted with sticky floors and an eerie quiet dining area. It seems that most of the folks take this to go or order takeout. I had the Garlic Soy and the Honey Butter with a side of honey garlic sauce. The food was okay, however for the boneless chicken bites..it was fairly pricey. All in all, decent experience. I would recommend you try it out if looking for halal Korean fried chicken and price is not a concern, halal Korean forced chicken is rare in Edmonton.
Love their chicken wings! Very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, not overly breaded. We enjoyed it that much that I forgot to take pictures. However the seating area is not clean, floor is sticky, tables and chairs are not wiped down properly.
Had the soy garlic chicken combo with fries and a drink. Portions for decent for the price, the size of the chicken pieces were pretty big. Fries were alright and the chicken itself is pretty flavorful. Employees here are nice. Chicken is made to order.CONS: The soy garlic is sort of watery and a little sweet for me. Sort of made the chicken soggy after a while.Came here in March 2022
I got a ten pack of wings for 10.99I picked the the sweet and extra spicy sauce.I have to say they were absolutely insane. Flavour through the roof, come to find out all there sauces they make. Which In my opinion is the best way to have wings done. Also I’m unsure but I feel like these guys get there chicken from the Hutterites. You can tell with there wings being almost double the size of normal wings from like pizza 73 or somewhere like that. Over all I would definitely recommend over and over again. Everytime I’m down here I have to try more so worth the prices
I order honey garlic wings and they were to die for will definitely eat here again and would recommend is also the suicide sauce is also really good and had just the right amount of kick to it
We tried half and half chicken from the chefs menu. It was so amazing and the guy who was working in 26 dec evening was so nice and helped us to choose the best drinks from the menu too.
So just enjoyed our meal at wow pop chicken !! The chicken was so crispy on the outside and moist on the inside !! Perfect chicken made fresh in the Restaraunt when u order! The chicken strips are a perfect combination of chicken and breading with 0 grease at all! The fries are the best fast food fries I have ever had! Closest thing to cavendish I have had !! The pineapple bubble tea with mango balls was so tasty ! Highly recommend this Restaraunt and the service was super friendly and they wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied can’t wait till our next meal!
Really yummy chicken. Not too salty like fast food fried chicken usually is, has the perfect amount of salt. Really tasty and juicy, and I am usually picky about my chicken having the slightest bit off texture in the white meat that most fast food places usually do but this didn’t disappoint? the white meat inside was incredible and the breading is spot on.❤️ BEST PART THAT ITS 100% HALAL?
Delicious Soy Garlic Chicken!Although we tried both their regular fried chicken and the soy garlic, my personal favourite was the soy garlic. The sauce was perfect and the chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The meat was well-seasoned as well! As for the regular chicken, it wasn’t as amazing but it wasn’t bad either! As for the mozzarella sticks, I was really satisfied with the amount, but found they were too salty.The service was amazing and we were greeted by the staff with a warm smile from behind the counter. I gave the place a 4/5 because we dined in, but because they didn’t have plates of any sort, it was slightly difficult to share one box of chicken between three people and we had to eat on top of tissue paper - it was quite messy. Other than that both the food and service were great!
