Not happy with the quality of food. Have tried several times and each time have been disappointed. For the price of burgers, onion ring etc. it is not leveled up to the quality expected.
Burgers were awesome, very big and juicy ! Cool selection to choose from, we even tried the boar burger ! The poutine was okay, it was dry and needed more gravy, the cheese wasn’t melted.
Overall really good and will go back but some issues which is why I didn't give 5 stars. We had the mushroom melt and added a patty which at $3.50 is a good price. Burger was fantastic and no complaints there. Also had the hot dog which was also really good but really messy to eat with all that nacho cheese. We shared a poutine which at $12 was actually pretty big and plenty for the 2 of us. It was however quite dry since there wasn't enough sauce which was disappointing.We also ordered a root beer and black cherry cola. Both were good but I didn't see a price on the menu and had I known it was $4.50 for a can I never would have ordered. That's ridiculous for a can of pop so wouldn't order again.
Best burger in Edmonton! Juicy and tasty with all sauces made in house. Had the Big Ben Burger (double bacon, double cheese) and it was delicious! The caramel swirl milkshake disappeared it was so good! Recommend the nacho cheese sauce/dip with the fries along with the burger. Definitely going back to try all their other burgers!
Absolutley amazing food, even as a picky eater, that was the best burger I've ever had. Awesome and friendly Staff and super cool restaurant with a ton of local beers. This place is a must try.
I tried the Woodshed burger this time with fries. The caramelized onions combines the other ingredients very well. Quality is steady.The SMURF burger is soooo good! All ingredients are perfect matched. The onion rings are great too! Price is decent.
Really liked trying this place out! 5 stars for both food and service. The waitress was so fantastic and was extra kind to my friends two young girls. So much that she sat down to their eye level to hear about their time at clip n climb. Those small touches make a big difference and I’ll definitely bring other friends! Also loved the cheeky decor. All around a great experience!
Ordered takeaway. Order was ready when I arrived. Had the real deal whistle dog, the feature perogy burger and onion rings and fries. The food was a good temperature and tasted good. For a burger place, they make a great hot dog!
WE HAD FOOD POISONING FROM WOODSHED BURGERSMy wife and I went to woodshed burger for lunch for the first time yesterday. I ordered the Juicy Lucy, while my wife ordered the Crispy Colonel. We shared the fries. Right after our meals, we felt off right away and as the day progressed, it got worse and worse. Both my wife and I started with a stomach ache and nausea. And then both her and I started puking with diarrhea. I probably puked around 8 times last night. I spent the whole night in a fetal position in pain by the bathroom.... Not the best way to start the long weekend.... What is alarming is my wife is pregnant, and this is not good at all....We are confident it was from Woodshed burger. We did not have have breakfast, so the meals from Woodshed burger is the only food we consumed all day yesterday. Our daughter is the only person in our household that did not eat at woodshed burger, and she is fine.....As much as I hate positing negative reviews, food safety is very important and needs to be addressed by their management. Although the food were decent, we would never risk our health ever again by going back to this place.
Taylor was amazing and service was excellent. While our burgers were delicious they were over cooked and fries were soggy. Will definitely give them a second try.
