Super impressed with my visit to this location today! I have a lot of allergies and Wok Box is the only "fast food" place I can eat, and one of only 3 restaurants total I can eat at. Normally the staff at other locations are good, although some are not as accommodating to my allergies- but here I felt I was treated like royalty! The staff were all super concerned and careful about addressing my allergies and took them seriously. When I got my meal and was eating, the owner came up to our table to see how everything was and to inquire further about my allergy. He even went so far as to bring green onion tops he cut himself when I told him that was the only form of onion I can tolerate without getting sick. Just 5 star service all around and the owner was so kind and friendly, a total ray of sunshine and one of the good ones for sure. All the other staff were exceptional and friendly aswell. Highly recommend this location! Thanks guys, you truly made my day ?
So we always go to this place as we really love the taste and quality of their food. This 2 guy from closing team(Dont know of their names) Really doing an excellent customer service! The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Hands up for this 2 guys! We're always coming in late but still we always feel welcomed.
Very horrible servings I got chicken and rice combo the chicken pieces are very small so I expected the normal amount but they literally gave me 4 pieces of tiny chicken on a big order of rice it's very horrible and a waste of money they couldn't even refund my order at all and said that's their normal servings which is a lie because one time they gave a decent amount 1 time and this time I guess they just wanted to lie but it doesn't matter because I'm never going here ever again and I tell anyone else who wants to save their money to not go here it's horrible and a waste of money for tiny servings
Quality food, proper time in deliver & staff is very responsive, also i am working as skip courier and they are always give us a warm welcome.I love their Sweet Mongolian dish always and test amazing as always.Cheers Wok Box
Such great food! Teriyaki beef with shrimp noodle box and Philly cheesesteak poutine. (Two people and we shared! I’m not savage! ?) Also had the apple pie spring rolls! Absolutely amazing! Bravo!
The Owner and his team provide a great service and product and is why I keep going back.
Very poor customer service,One of your staff at lunch shift was very rude and unprofessional..Train your people how to deal with customers ..Quality of food has no sense with poor service .
Super tasty, loved everything about my meal and the fellow working there whom I believe is the owner is one mighty friendly guy. I appreciate business owners who make it a point to add to the overall experience. He makes sure you know you're appreciated and that's why I'll always come back ?
Everything is great except that no matter how many times I ask for extra soy sauce or more packets they only give ONE.
Really enjoys coming here, love to try something new often, they are all pretty good. The boss is such a nice guy!
