Good service but I was sooooo disappointed in my butter chicken naanwich. The chicken was processed rubbery stuff that was horrendous. The sauce was also bland and missing the depth of flavor that it should have.
The firecracker noodle bowl with udon is my go to. You can get it with extra veggies (for an extra charge) and it’s absolutely delicious. I would recommend trying it to anyone. I have tried a few others but I always go back to the firecracker noodle bowl.The staff is caring and respectful. I have had them call me (after ordering through skip) to make sure it was okay to put bacon in the dish and be sure I wasn’t vegetarian because I did not order meat in it. I really appreciated that extra step.
Friday night sumo boxes! I always come to this location because I get good food here. Good amount of veggies noodles and protein. Took a bit longer than normal as it was busy… but worth the wait for sure!
Me and my mother were treated very poorly on our visit. On arrival, the worker demanded we made a purchase before giving us the bathroom key, while my mom was visibly in distress needing to use the washroom. After I made the order, she handed me my receipt which I tossed in the trashcan. She then followed my mother to the washroom, opened the door for her, and questioned her on the whereabouts of the keys when she walked out (she had kept them, but had forgotten). When she was unable to find the receipt she had given me, she told my mother that I didn't pay, before even checking the system. She ordered my mother to grab me from my car outside, and when I walked in, she asked if I had paid (while SHE was the one who gave me my receipt). after a few moments, she was able to find my order in the system with help from a senior manager. She never apologized for her behaviour or accusation, instead sneakily walking off in the back to hide. As a black man, I'm used to this type of treatment; I shrug it off. But to disrespect my mother in this way is unacceptable. I feel more sad for this nasty lady than angry, it must be difficult to hold so much contempt for people you don't even know. If I could give zero stars, I would; A horrible experience, and will never return.
After picking up meals and having some delivered, the location and staff are consistently bad at what they do as well show interest to change. Adios!!!
Great food! Really enjoy this location. They are kind and quick. Staff is social and always make nice suggestions.
I wish give this zero star. First all the employees was unprofessional that he picked up my food and fork with out no gloves and hand it out to me.I ordered the butter chicken to dining in . What I got cold food and the rice was raw and hard and the butter chicken grossed . The food was in small paper box and the bread warmed in microwave.I asked the employee At least give me my food on the plate and tray.I told them even in the jail better food than here.Not in the paper box /cold food.In my live I won’t eat food from this restaurant.So disappointed.
4 stars for onion rings (decent amount for price) BUT ZERO stars for Kimchi charge of $1.50 and it's only a quarter full! Average 2 stars...go elsewhere.*Update: Business has been in touch and has offered us compensation on our next visit. I appreciate them trying to make it right and I upgraded their review to 4 stars. This was very kind of them and very professional.
I ordered the Mongolian beef and broccoli and it was DRENCHED in sauce. There was so much sauce the rice was a pile of mush. I ended up throwing out the entire box. The service was also super slow. I called ahead for pick up and had to wait an additional 10 min for the food.
