My partner and i thought we would give winstons a try,Not impressed,The owner was very pleasant, The staff seemed to be all over the place,Ordered a diet coke, the worst i have ever had, even with ice cubes it was warm and ssyrupy, not pleasant at all,,ordered the fish and chips, mine arrived and i was very disappointed,.,the fries looked like they were frozen out of the bag,,the fish was not a nice golden batter, but looked rather anemic,,had to remind the waitress the there was supposed to be coleslaw,my dinner arrived before my partners,so i waited till hers arrived, when it did was the wrong order,so had to wait again till the re did her order..Certainly not the best fish and chips in edmonton,, and will not be going back,,

Literly BEST Fish ? and BEST Fries ? I have had ever ??And Coleslav fresh prepare to order! Recommend!! *Edited* Next day I came for coconut ? shrimp ? wooow ? and tried Halibut for a change! ??

Came here for the first time today. We went to Fort Edmonton Park and wanted something to eat that was close by. We thought we would try this out. Best decision ever!! The quality of the food here is amazing. We got the halibut and the pieces were huge! Super crispy on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside. The onion rings were also delicious and so was the clam chowder. The waitress (we didnt catch her name..sorry!) answered all our questions and was very nice. The owner Jay is so friendly and passionate about delivering top notch service and delicious high quality food. We will definitely be bringing our friends and family here. Highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!

We heard good things about this place and was excited to try it today. We ordered the halibut and haddock which cost a total of 77 dollars. When we got home and tried it which was 2 minutes away so it should be fresh. It had no flavour, it smelled really fishy, clearly not fresh and over fried and the fries looked refried, I don’t know what the hype was about or if they changed their owner but I’ve have many types of fish at other pubs that are better.

We are on a search for the best fish and chips in the city. Found that this place was very good. Fish was not greasey and batter was just enough. I could taste fish not just batter.Service was fast and efficient.Great amount of food for the price.Really enjoyed everything. There were 7 of us and we were all impressed.

THIS, is by far my favourite fish and chips spot in Edmonton. I don't even eat any fish and chips elsewhere in land.I've seen some negative reviews, and frankly I think they took it to go, and let the fish sit too long. A mistake any fish person knows not to make, you need to eat it asap!Every time I go here it's friendly, personable, the food is next level, crisp battered fish, big portions (I've surprised my British friends), and even the coleslaw is good ( I dont like Coleslaw). You will not regret coming here! You will however, regret not coming here sooner!!!Go now, don't wait.

Great gluten free fish and chips! The batter was light and crispy!

It’s my first visit. We got deep fried mushrooms, oysters and onion rings as appetizers. Haddock full meal for myself. Everything is so juicy and I know they use very fresh deep fried oil because I used to be a restaurant owner and I can taste the difference.

Awesome fish and chips .. Owned by friendly gentleman full of great stories and historical tidbits. Highly recommend giving it a try.. eat in.. tip ur waitress back to normal folks

This is the best Fish and Chips I have ever eaten. Thank goodness for their food truck that introduced me to their delicious menu. I would highly recommend you try this restaurant. The staff goes out of their way to make you welcome and ensure you have the best dining experience.
