There's no other place in Edmonton that even comes close to the variety of baking supplies that they have here. The owner and staff are super nice and helpful. I have seen an improvement on their prices and hours too.
Selection is huge, cost is comparable to Michael's and Bulk Barn
I am a hobby baker and my baking has become slightly more advanced over the last few years. I was ordering Americolor food gel, food oils and other supplies (like micro marshmallows) from Canadian and American websites when all I has to do was look in my own backyard! J Wilton carries a huge selection of Americolor, food oils, whimsical supplies and packaging. I am so happy I can go to the store to pick up items and browse for inspiration. I highly recommend J Wilton whether you are a professional or hobby baker. They have helped take my baking to the next level by carrying the food gel colouring, cake collars, piping tips, molds and oils that elevate my homemade creations. Thank you!

I couldn't love this place more. The staff are AMAZING and so friendly and willing to help.I go by weekly if nothing else just to see the new stock (which always somehow ends up coming home with me, lol).If you're just starting out in baking or are a veteran, this place has it all!!
Great place to get your baking supplies and the staff are knowledgeable if you have baking/decorating questions. They also have a TON of premade edible flowers to save you time. Also, a great place to get lost in the aisles looking at all the fun decorating options
Love this place for all my cake making needs! It's a little far away from me but you can order online so that's a bonus!
