Good taste. It's a halal store ( for ppl searching halal chicken)Otherwise taste is yummm and service is quick. People at the counter are generous. It has many locations. But this store at the west Edmonton mall makes the best shawarma. You'll get well done shawarma on insisting them. Heavy meal for lunch.Don't forget to add fries with the meal
I wouldn’t recommend coming here, to be honest the food was ok but the customer service was soooooo horrible. The owner started yelling how he has to extra charge for extra 2 pieces of pickles saying how he pays rent and this one extra pickle is very bad for the restaurant and it would make them lose money, he was soooo cheap with everything like I don’t mind paying extra but at least provide a good customer service experience absolutely never again ?
Absolutely delicious... grape leaves were so tasty and the falafel wrap was amazing ? ? ..wish they had a store closer to St. Albert!
Very disappointed. Beef was overcooked, dry, and the flavour was very cinnamon-like. Threw my wrap in the garbage after a few bites. I'm not a very picky eater, but this was horrible.
Very bad customer service. Staff need to be trained and treat customers better than this.Unfortunately in the screen a price and they charged us a different price. Not really recommend it to anyone. They need to be trained more as the only halal food there otherwise I won’t try it again
My husband and i loves the food here.the taste is great, the serving is plenty, and of course the price is worth it.????When we go to WEM , we know where to eat.?
Food was lovely. Beef roxbox was a generous portion which I appreciated! Chicken shawarma poutines were flavorful and garlic sauce was delish! Definitely would come back!
Rice wasn’t cooked, everything seemed drenched in some sauce or lemon juice. Good customer service but the food was not up to par with other shawarma places.
Always fresh and delicious generous portions. Daily specials too. (Pictured is Tuesday beef platter special)
Quite a decent experience, we ordered four Shish Taouk & Kefta plater. The portion was a little bigger than we expected (couldn't finish any of us xD). The garlic sauce was a bit sour, but overall it was a decent meal. I will definitely try other dishes at this restaurant in my next visit to the WEM.
