Good food but not the best service. Server charged me to substitute bacon and eggs with turkey sausage. How can they change extra to remove 3 items( eggs and bacon) for 2 pieces of sausages instead.
Ordered a BLT with a side of fruit instead of potatoes. In the end I was charged for the potatoes and the side of fruit. I clarified with the waitress if she had billed me correctly. It turns out even if you ask for a substitution, you are still billed for the regular price of your meal and they just add your sub as a side. The waitress said that she assumed that I had known and read that on the menu. Just an FYI for anyone who goes here, apparently if you want to substitute something you will still be charged for all the original items that come with that meal, your sub is just added as a side item that you are also charged for as a separate item. Might want to let your staff know to also let the customer know of this policy verbally when they are ordering. Not everyone has the time to read all the fine print on the menu.
I frequent here quite often but this last round was pitiful & the service was horrendous. They served the wrong plates to the kids, all the bananas were disgusting. We had a Nutella banana crepe and my nephew wouldn't even eat, the bananas were awful . They didn't want to take off the bill fruit cup was moldy pineapple and un ripe bananas as well. And again.. didn't take off Bill either. Had to complain again and again. Not the best experience. I likely will not return after all that.
Just called in about my order wanting to make sure they get it right because of my allergies and who ever was talking to me was so rude, before I was even done explaining what I was saying he interrupted me saying, "It will be an extra charge, ok bye." and then hung up in my face..My food is on the way, but now I'm worried to eat it and end up in the hospital from an allergic reaction. I shouldn't have to be worried about the food I'm eating like it could be posoined or something, this isn't the middle ages.
Ordered with Uber eats and it was an hour wait which we knew at the time of ordering but this was honestly the worst breakfast we’ve ever had. Omelette was so over cooked. Scrambled eggs where so overcooked they where inedible and we received no toast with either or our orders even though it stated toast on the menu was included. Would not recommend and it was not even a decent price. So disappointed
Visited this location for breakfast yesterday. The covid mask mandate is still in place in Edmonton, our server was not wearing a mask.All other servers employees has masks. Not one person in our group left her a tip. Won’t eat there again.
Me and my boyfriend went there for breakfast and we sat for 20 min without anyone coming to even take our drink orders. It wasn’t busy and everyone around us was being helped. We walked out very disappointed!Update, after we left we went to Cora’s just around the corner and it was more busy than tutti frutti yet we were served immediately. 10/10 suggest Cora’s
Good place for a quick go to to enjoy breakfast delicious selection of omelets and French toast, pancakes and crepes. Big portions
On Nov 18, 2021, my wife and I decided to take our breakfast at this location at around 10:00 am. This was our first and it will be our last time in this location. We have always been satisfied with the service and product we received from other locations in the south of Edmonton and the one in Calgary. However today was the worst experience we have ever had in your company.The food was cold, inaccurate order, missing items and what even bothered us most is the RUDE employee there. She didn’t like us to tell her that the our order is not right and she threw the table syrup on the table when I told her that we are missing it with no apologies. The food was tasteless compared to our previous experiences, especially, the most recent one that was in Calgary last Saturday. Furthermore, when we paid for our order, she whispered and insulted us while she was walking away because we didn’t tip her due to worst customer service we experienced.
Food was great! Service was awful. Waitress allowed multiple guests to come in and sit down without checking vaccine records at the door, told them she would check them at the table, never saw that happen. We had to ask for syrup for pancakes and cream for coffee, things that should go without saying.Complements to the chef though, the food was unreal.
